Cancellations & No-Shows

While sessions are free, we ask that you respect Helen's time:

  • Cancellations — Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. You can do this directly through the booking confirmation email or by contacting us at info@flowith369.com

  • Late cancellations — Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in a temporary hold on future bookings at Helen's discretion.

  • No-shows — Repeated no-shows without notice may result in loss of booking privileges.

LifeWave Patch Purchases

Flowith369 does not sell LifeWave patches directly. All patch purchases are completed through Helen's official LifeWave partner page, which is an independent platform operated by LifeWave Inc.

All refund requests related to patch purchases are governed exclusively by LifeWave's own refund and return policy. Flowith369 has no authority to process, approve, or deny refunds for products purchased through the LifeWave platform.
